Intended use
Kalen Biomedical, LLC catalog products are intended for laboratory research use only. They are not intended for human or animal use, whether for diagnostic, therapeutic, or other clinical purposes.
Limited use license
The purchase of any Kalen Biomedical catalog product conveys to the buyer the right to use the product in laboratory research only. The buyer may not sell or otherwise use the product, or any materials made by use of the product, for Commercial Purposes (as defined below) without the prior approval of and license from Kalen Biomedical. By using the product, the buyer agrees to be bound by these terms.
“Commercial Purposes” means any activity where the product or any material made by use of the product is sold or used for commercial gain or profit, including, but not limited to use of the product in manufacturing, use of the product to provide a service (other than contract laboratory research services), use of the product for therapeutic or diagnostic purposes, or resale of the product.
